The Southwest Suburban Denver Water and Sanitation District provides sewer services directly to its customers. The District provides water service indirectly through its full service contract with the Denver Water Department.

Links are provided to the District's Rules and Regulations section where you can download specific portions of the Rules and Regulations. A hard copy of the entire Rules and Regulations is available for $30 from the District Manager's office.
The District's System Development Fees Schedule is also available to download.
The Southwest Suburban Denver Water and Sanitation District's requirements for the provision of water and sewer services is identified in Section 5 of the District's Rules and Regulations.
The forms identified in Section 5 that are required to be submitted to the District can be downloaded from the Rules and Regulations Section under Exhibits. The District's easement standards, design specifications and standard details are also available to download.
The District's system development charges are shown on the District's System Development Fees Schedule.
Sanitary Sewer Service (New Taps and/or Remodels)
The Southwest Suburban Water and Sanitation District's requirements for sanitary sewer service connections are identified in Section 6 of the District's Rules and Regulations.
If, after reading the requirements and tap application procedures, you have any questions or need the District's Application for Sewer Tap Permit sent to you, please call the District Manager's office.
The District's sanitary sewer system development charges are shown on the District's System Development Fees Schedule.
The Southwest Suburban Water and Sanitation District's requirements for water service connections are identified in Section 7 of the District's Rules and Regulations.
The forms identified in Section 7 that are required to be submitted to the District must be obtained from the Denver Water Department. Examples of these forms are provided in the District's Rules and Regulations section under Exhibits. The "Outside the City and County of Denver" form must be submitted to the District Manager's office for signature along with a check for the District's water system development fee.

The District does not quote the system development fees required by the Denver Water Department.
Contractor Regulations
If you are a contractor working within the District you must be registered and licensed with the District.
The contractor licensing packet below needs to be reviewed and completed before a contractor is authorized to work in the District. If you have any questions about the packet or regulations you can contact the District Manager with any questions.
